75% of our labor force is provided by more than 120 volunteers contributing more than 1,380 hours per month, but we can always use more. TIN volunteers are the core of our operation both frontline and behind the scenes. Whether you enjoy working on the floor with customers, dressing mannequins, or merchandising; or whether you prefer working behind the scenes, mending, polishing, unpacking, or steaming, we’ll work with you to find the right fit and the right schedule.
