Donations

All donations are tax-deductible


We welcome and appreciate gently used donations. Effective Saturday, July 12, 2025 donations are accepted Monday through Friday, 10am–5pm and Saturday 10am–2pm. Donations can be dropped off at either location and are accepted at the discretion of staff and management.

Please do not leave donations on the sidewalk when the stores are closed. Items get rained on, rifled through, and stolen.

 

Please note, Twice is Nice does not accept:

  • men’s suits

  • mattresses and box springs

  • particle board furniture

  • sports equipment – outdated

  • sleeper sofas*

  • TVs (more than 5 years old, no remote)

  • twin beds frames*

  • unframed mirrors and glass

  • wedding dresses

    Please note:

    We cannot accept clothing with a strong odor—
    including smoke and mothballs.

    We cannot accept books that are musty with
    water or binding damage.

  • bed frames – metal

  • bed pillows

  • blinds, cornices, curtain rods

  • children’s clothing and equipment

  • china cabinets/large hutches*

  • electronics (DVD & VHS, printers and computers, speakers and stereo equipment)

  • entertainment centers

  • exercise equipment

  • file cabinets – metal

  • humidifiers, dehumidifiers,
    air purifiers

*accepted at the discretion of management


Furniture Donations

The Twice is Nice van can pick up your furniture donations within a 25-mile radius of our stores. Pick-up can typically be scheduled within 7 to 10 days. Fill out the form below or reach out to furniture@twiceisnicestore.org.
